Which is the best Joomla template? Well, in my opinion, the best joomla template is the one that you like the best and the Joomla template that works for the type of website that you are trying to build.

I’ve seen these templates, well I haven’t actually looked at each every one but I bet I’ve seen hundreds of them and from those Joomla templates that I’ve seen, I already have about a dozen favorites.

But if you can’t find one best Joomla template from over 600, why not make your own. Included with this Joomla course and the Joomla video tutorials is a Joomla template maker that is pretty easy to use. Inside and afternoon I was making my own Joomla templates. The best thing is, you don’t need to know HTML or PHP. That’s a huge bonus.
In my humble opinion, most people spend too much time on trying to find that one best Joomla template when in fact I think that the content of your Joomla sites is more important than the template. The best piece of advice that I can give you is to make sure that the Joomla template you use is user friendly. Have your uncle or some other person who doesn’t know much about the internet to take a look at. Watch them as they navigate through your Joomla site and see if they get stymied anywhere. If not, you’re golden.
Oftentimes the best Joomla template is the one that is rather plain. In fact, a lot of the best websites out there are actually pretty boring. It’s the content that folks are interested in.
So not only should you know how to use Joomla, but your visitors should find your Joomla sites easy to use. Don’t get too excited with all the bells and whistles. Your first sites should be fairly straightforward. In fact you could make everything you do on the internet simple and clean and you won’t go wrong.
Don’t forget that in order to learn how to use Joomla properly you should also learn how to use Joomla extensions as well as how to use Joomla plugins. These, along with your Joomla templates make up the the three most important elements in my opinion on making the most of your Joomla site. If you have all these Joomla elements aligned, your Joomla site will become your best Joomla template of them all. And your visitors will thank you for it.
